While Chef Flo was away, he has been working with Cook & Go, USA in the Chelsea area in New York City, NY as a Chef Instructor.
He has also been at the Kent Place School in Summit, NJ. He has been the Chef Instructor for Middle School students with the Creative Arts Camp at Kent Place School Summer Camp.
