– In-home or on-site* catering by a Personal Chef.

– All food is prepped, cooked, and served in front of the clients and guests. The use of your home kitchen, grill and/or any cooking spaces will be necessary for the chef to cater the event. The use of your kitchen equipment will be needed. However, if a specific event requires extra cooking equipment, the chef will provide it himself/herself. Nothing is fully cooked off-site unless specified beforehand.

*On-Site Events: Must OK the use of an outside Personal Caterer at any private banquet halls or event spaces with management.


Service & Portion-Size

Buffet: A buffet table will be set up in the home either in the kitchen or in the dining area. The ood will be served in formal chafing dishes and/or on platters. Guests will serve themselves or be served by a cook/server upon request. The buffet usually provides one and a half portions per person served in half-portion servings.

Passed Hors D’oeuvres or Cocktail Hour-Style: Entire menu will be filled with hors d’oeuvres and/or appetizers where they are all small bites of food enough to satiate the crowds. The food will be served on platters by servers or on smaller self-serving buffet station tables. Depending on the serving size of each hors d’oeuvre or appetizer, we serve three to five portions per menu item per person.

Action Stations: Service stations set up with a chef to create guests’ food selections to order. This is a more interactive style of serving food that gives your guests a sense of entertainment as well. i.e. Fresh Tossed Salad, Brunch-Style Eggs & Omelettes, Pasta & Ravioli, Fresh Spring & Summer Rolls, Fresh Shucked Oysters & Raw Bar, Extreme Mac N’ Cheese, Street Tacos

Menu & Food

– Each event menu is created based on clients’ cuisine preferences, culinary favorites, dietary restrictions and theme of the event. Chef Flo creates each menu considering answers from a questionnaire, seasonal availability, and functionality of creating the food item from your home.

– Food consists of freshly purchased all natural & organic ingredients brought to the home of the client or the site of the event. You may request to have an all-organic menu at an additional cost.

– Chef Flo may also provide sample menus upon clients’ requests.
